Return Period

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when received

  • be unworn or unused

  • include all original tags

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Warranty Claims

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

In addition to your statutory rights, Nevae provides a 2-year warranty on Scalp Apex Stimulator starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that affect the device's functionality.

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or negligence.

  • Water damage (unless the specific product is certified waterproof).

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches).

  • Damage caused by using unauthorized charging accessories.

How to claim: If your device develops a fault within 2 years, please contact us at hello@nevae.shop with your order number and a video/photo description of the issue. We will arrange for a repair or a replacement unit free of charge.

How to Start a Return

Items returned without prior authorization will not be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom-made or personalized products

  • personal care or hygiene products

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  2. place a new order once your return is approved

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions: unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
